What data do we process?
In general, we process personal identifiable information in order to be able to provide and invoice our services. Eventually we may process any data included in any documentation that you may provide to us in the execution of the aforementioned services.
How do we get your data?
The data we process is provided to us by data subjects through our forms, email or telephone. We may also process personal data for commercial prospecting purposes through social networks, as long as this is allowed and only data that has been provided by the users themselves and in accordance with the Privacy Policies of each social network.
Why do we use the data?
The company collects the following personal data for the purposes indicated below:
a) Website contact form: the personal data collected on this form will be used exclusively to inform you of the services you have requested.
b) Service provision: should you commission any of our services, your personal data will be used exclusively for administrative management in relation to the service commissioned. This basically involves the billing of the service.
c) Data from candidates: should you provide us with your CV or have a job interview in our offices, your data will be used to cover any job vacancies in our company.
For how long do we keep your data?
The data from possible clients who do not ultimately commission any of our services will be automatically deleted one year after contact, provided the possible client has shown no further interest in our services. Where a service is commissioned, the data will be processed for the time the professional relationship remains valid and, once it has ended, for the time required to respond to any legal liabilities, particularly all those relating to guarantees on consumer goods. Any labour-related data will be processed for the time this relationship remains valid and, once it has ended, for the time required to respond to any breached in this area. Should you have an interview for a job vacancy, your personal data will be filed for a period of one year, after which time, if you have not been selected, it will be deleted from our systems.
Client data will be processed by the company, along with that relating to employees, in order to comply with the contractual relationship.
We will only process your data for promotional purposes if you have given your specific consent for this. You may always revoke your consent to process your data for these purposes.
Transfer of data to third parties
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties without your consent, except in the event of a law that binds the Company to this transfer of data.
